Patios/Decks: hanging wet swimsuits and towels on railings of decks or on patios is not permitted…..Beach carts and chairs also need to be stored inside condo or storage unit, not on patios or decks
Barbequing: prohibited
Bicycles/Permits : 2026 Permits-2 permits per owner have been mailed out by PMC March 2026-ensure that all owners print their address on the permits
Pets: must be approved by Property Management(Pet Form must be filled out and submitted). Please walk all dogs to curb areas to relieve themselves(scoop the poop!) Front and back lawn areas are not to be used. A new Pet Registration form can be downloaded below
